Few types of cookery offer more rewards than baking a delicious cake, using where possible, locally sourced fresh ingredients. I find the hands-on process of baking, immensely enjoyable and as satisfying as seeing the delight on my customers faces when I hand over the final product!

I have been selling my fabulous tray bakes, brownies and cakes at local Farm Shops, Village Stores and Coffee Shops since I first started baking back in 2007. Over the years I have nurtured amazing relationships with owners and managers of these establishments and I still look forward to chatting to them on my weekly delivery rounds. The delicious smell of freshly baked cakes from the oven along with the simple steps of beating, folding and whisking of ingredients has always been therapeutic to me. Of course sharing my bakes with family and customers makes it all worthwhile!
